By accelerating the execution of its technical work program and delivering key geological and geophysical results ahead of schedule, the Company has significantly strengthened its application for the forthcoming License Contract, demonstrating technical rigor and project readiness.
In March 2026, a major oil company awarded Jaguar Exploration Inc. a field services contract in Bolivia, covering two 3D seismic projects. Under this agreement, Jaguar will provide a Lead Seismic Supervisor, Seismic Assistant, HSE Coordinator, two HSE Assistants, and a Public Relations Supervisor.
Jaguar Exploration has successfully concluded its assignment as Well Site Geologist for a major offshore project in Indonesia, delivering technical expertise and operational oversight from December 2025 through April 2026. The company’s responsibilities included real‑time geological monitoring, lithological evaluation, and support of drilling operations to ensure accurate well placement and safe, efficient execution for its client, a major international oil company.
In November 2025, Jaguar Exploration secured a contract to deliver Project Management and HSE coordination services for two large scale 3D seismic acquisition projects in Bolivia for a major international oil company, further strengthening the Company’s footprint in Latin America.
Following the successful submission of the Final Report for the first two year phase of TEA LXXXVI to Perupetro, Jaguar Exploration Inc. (JEI) and its partner Condor Energy executed an addendum on July 17, 2025, securing a one year extension to further advance technical evaluation activities.
Jaguar Exploration successfully fulfilled the role of Well Site Geologist for a major international oil company in EAU, providing specialized geological expertise for an offshore drilling project conducted from February through June 2025.
